Hey it’s getting close to Thanksgiving! I’m going to firing up the pit and will have room for a few more Turkey Breast. Pickup will be Thanksgiving morning at 10:30 am.

Turkey Breast are $23lb or whole Turkey Breast roughly 4lbs is $80.

Hey y’all! Y’all have a busy week or tired of trying to figure out what’s for lunch.
I’ll have meals prepared sunday at 12 pm ready for your dinners or lunches next week.

They are $11. This week will be spaghettiand meatballs or Meatloaf with Mashed potatoes and either corn/ green beans/ peas and carrots

Going to start doing meal orders again. The pickup/ meet up will be Sunday 4/27. Can pickup from 12-3. Please order by Friday at 3pm and the price is $12 a meal.

This week the menu will be:

1) Baked Chicken and rice.

2) Meat loaf and choice of 2 sides.

Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Green Beans, Peas and Carrots, Corn Bread Stuffing

We can do meals from Bbq to Mexican to Italian to just down home cooking. Along with Charcuterie boards and different Themed food bars.

Get y’all’s Turkey breast for Christmas. We will have it by the pound or a whole breast fully sliced.
Will be ready for pickup at 1 pm Dec. 22 or Dec. 24.
Prices are $24 lb. Or $80 for a whole breast.

This weekend we made the trip to Lockhart and attended the Texas Monthly Bbq fest.
On Saturday we did a Rib demo at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages area. It was the same recipe we did for the competition they had at Reese Brothers. We cooked 20 racks on a 94 gallon offset Mill Scale Metal Works donated for us to use. That pit ran like a beast and cooked like a dream.
We meet the other Cookoff Champions Chris (Brisket) and Nick ( Beef Cheek) and their bbq was amazing.
Texas Monthly staff was some of the nicest people ever. They made sure we had everything we needed and took care of us.
On Sunday we were invited to attend the Top 50 picnic and try some of the best bbq Texas restaurants had to offer. Got to see our friends from Burnt Bean Company and 2 M bbq, and try others like 1701, Zavala’s, Teddy’s, and Blood Brothers.
One of my biggest accomplishments was being able to serve my ribs to people that waited in line for 30+ min before the scheduled time. But I had a chance of a lifetime, The Pitmaster Tuffy Stone you have seen judge bbq on Pitmaster’s and compete on Tv tried our ribs and gave us his thoughts on them.
This was an experience we won’t forget. Thank you to Texas Monthly and Coca Cola Southwest for the opportunity. Look forward to future endeavors with y’all.

Cornbread stuffing, Jasmine rice, creamy mashed potatoes, broccoli, herb riced cauliflower, green beans, corn

Each individual meal comes in a microwave friendly container and they are $12 each.
