Field trip day! 🥖
We recently visited our friends at Grand Central Bakery to see the Beecher’s Loaf being baked from start to finish.

For years, we’ve partnered with local makers who share our belief that quality starts with great ingredients and people who care deeply about their craft. From grains grown in the Northwest, including the Skagit and Walla Walla Valleys, to olive oil carefully selected for the recipe, every detail of this loaf reflects that shared commitment.

Come along for a behind-the-scenes look at the bread behind your favorite Beecher’s sandwich. 💛

Great cheese deserves great bread! 🍞

That’s why we’ve proudly partnered with Grand Central Bakery for years to create the custom loaf that brings our grilled cheese to life. Made with local flours and baked specifically for Beecher’s Seattle-area cafés, it’s a small detail that makes a big difference.

Our café manager team recently toured the bakery to see the loaf in production and left with an even greater appreciation for the people, skill, and care behind every bake. Here’s a look behind the loaf and the longtime local partnership that helps bring our grilled cheese to life 💛

Not to start an argument…but what's the best cheese on the board?
We'll go first: It's gotta be Flagship every time 🧀

One of our favorite cheeseboard tips for hosting: rustic cheese crumbles.

Using a cheese knife, gently break Flagship or Garlic Noir into bite-sized pieces for a cheeseboard that's both beautiful and easy to share.

Why does it work so well? During cheesemaking, our curds are milled into bite-size pieces before being pressed and aged. That curd structure remains part of the cheese, helping it separate naturally into perfect, nibble-worthy bites.

Who says s’mores have to follow the recipe?

Swap in Beecher’s Crackers for a savory crunch that turns a campfire classic into something unexpectedly delicious. ⛺️

Can you tell the difference?
Turns out, neither could they.

Beecher’s Gluten Free “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese is made with the same handcrafted recipe you love, so everyone at the table can dig in.

Bring the dish everyone will love. ☀️🧀

Five awards from the & one very proud cheesemaking team 🏆🧀

This year, Beecher’s brought home five awards from the American Cheese Society:

🥇 Marco Polo
🥇 Marinated Pepper Cheese Curds
🥈 Flagship Reserve
🥈 Flagsheep
🥉 Smoked Flagship

The awards are nice, but this post is really about the people behind the cheese. Huge congratulations to our cheesemakers for the skill, care, and dedication they bring to every batch💛

Bold and savory, or bright and classic? 🧀
Beecher’s Garlic Noir cheese brings deep umami richness, while our Flagship cheese delivers the creamy tang and melt that made it a favorite.

Whichever path you take, Beecher’s is the secret to a better burger 🍔

Look for Beecher’s Handmade Cheese on your next grocery run 💛

We swapped the grahams for Beecher’s Crackers and didn’t look back. Add dark chocolate, a toasted marshmallow, and you’ve got a s’more with a little more going on.

Trust us on this one.
