Prom Country Cheese Inverloch Blue - an exceptional cheese!!
Made with rich organic milk from their Glen Moidart farm.
In their words: the ‘flavour is bold yet refined: savoury blue notes layered with subtle hints of fruit and spice, lifted by the gentle tang of the Fumé Blanc in which its grapevine wrapping is steeped.’
The paste is a deep yellow from the rich & creamy Gippsland milk.

Thursday 18th June from 6:30pm.

Winter is upon us so let’s celebrate with some warming winter cheese dishes. Think baked Camembert, Tartiflette, Raclette, Gorgonzola brûlé and more.

We will start with a canapé and some bubbles followed by a tasting of 5 different cheeses, each carefully matched with a wine.

On the night you will hear the stories of the cheeses and why they have been paired with the wines.

These are fun and informative evenings, and a great way to dive into the world of delicious cheeses and wines. We might even have some nice vinyl playing to keep things fun.

Tickets are strictly limited to 14 people.

Yes! That’s right. The weather has turned and it’s time to fire up the Raclette grill again.
No bookings needed, just turn up from 6pm.
We’ll be serving up our traditional French Raclette with all the usual garnishes.
Come and enjoy a plate of hot gooey goodness. We’ll also be serving wines by the glass.

This is perhaps the best Stilton being produced today.
A special recipe with animal rennet is used to make this finest of blue cheeses for Neal’s Yard Dairy in London.
Super crumbly, buttery and savoury. It’s a must for blue cheese lovers.
And the best cheese scorer made by Richard Cooper .

Cheese and Wine Night!! 🍷🍷🧀🧀
Thursday 9th April | 6:30pm-8:30pm

We are teaming up with Mark Williamson from Cellarhand Wines to celebrate the incredible cheeses of the French and Swiss Alpine regions, each served with a carefully matched wine.

Hear the stories of the cheesemakers and the winemakers, and why the wines have been selected to go with the cheese.

Think a Vacherin Mont d’Or-style cheese, aged Swiss Gruyère, French Comté and several types of Swiss Berkäse. Mark will bring along some his favourite wines to match.

There will be a glass of Sparkling and a canapé on arrival .

selected by is arguably the finest raw milk cheddar produced in England.
We’ve held onto this one for a little longer than usual to further develop those deep rich raw milk flavours.
This wheel has now been aging for almost 24 months and it tastes amazing. Full of tyrosine crystals giving a lovely crunch, on the palate it is fruity, tangy, bold and has a long lasting finish.
