Over the next few weeks we will only be making ricotta on Monday and Wednesday. We hope to be back to making ricotta on Friday sometime in November.

Due to a repair taking longer than expected we will unfortunately not be able to manufacture tomorrow.

We have some ricotta left from Wednesday however if it’s hot ricotta you are after you will need to wait until next week

Due to an unfortunate burst watermain our ricotta production will be delayed until later this afternoon.

We are back open and will have our first ricotta tomorrow morning.

We are having some minor difficulties with our Google page but we are back and our first Saturday open will be this weekend 31/01/26 9am-11am
