Are you friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a motivated Full-Time Counter Hand to join our busy local butcher shop.

Position Details:
* Full-time position
* 5½ days per week
* Immediate start available for the right applicant

About the Role:
* Serving and assisting customers at the counter
* Preparing and displaying products
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
* Stock replenishment and general shop duties
* Working as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Ability to work Saturdays
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

We are a busy, local butcher shop looking for a qualified and experienced Butcher to join our friendly team.

This is a full-time position offering:
* 40+ hours per week
* Rotating roster (including some weekend work)
* Stable, long-term employment
* Supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to a high standard
* Producing value-added products and displays
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Assisting customers with product advice and orders
* Stock control and merchandising
* Working efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified butcher with relevant trade certification
* Previous experience in a retail butcher environment
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
