This week’s special coming from our locally grown fresh lambs 🐑.
LAMB LEG ROAST, $14.00 p/kg,
get a nice size roast for under $30, larger legs cut if required.
With the night’s cooling off and the 3 day Anzac long weekend, it might be just the right time to cook a nice lamb roast to fill everyone up.
Open until 5.30pm today and tomorrow, but then closing for 3 day ANZAC weekend, re-opening Tuesday.

Byron Place Butchery Mudgee is looking for applications for the position of 1st year apprentice.
Ideally suited to anyone around the school years of year 10 to 12.
Must be keen and willing to learn the trade. All training provided from start, no experience necessary, however be prepared to start from the simple beginning to progressively moving forward as your skill and ability allows.
Minimum 38 hour week, with additional overtime and rostered Saturday mornings.
No license required, however own transport or support help to get to work with varying starting times, on time would be beneficial.
For more information call into the shop in person with a resume to Byron Place Butchery for a chat, alternatively a phone call and we can make a time that suits to call in.
Trial shifts can be organised to get a feel of what goes on.
