Owners Clinton and Kim Stubbs pride themselves on purchasing local beef from Lyall at Lambing Creek, Hargraves and local lambs from the region weekly. We are committed to providing the highest quality butchering service in town and ensuring that we look after all of our customers both large and
small. The dinner tables of our local customers benefit from our fresh beef, lamb, pork and chicken nightly and free home delivery within the town boundary makes that even easier. Additionally, our renowned produce can be enjoyed at some of Mudgee's best eateries including: Cades Kitchen, Mudgee Brewery, Mudgee Bakery, 89 Food Co Dancing goat, Paragon Hotel and the Courthouse hotel to name a few. Our other services include spit hire, private beef and lamb kills and bulk orders including whole lambs, sides of beef and hind quarters. We cater for special orders. We combine our local and traditional butchering skills (the Perry Street team has over 65 years of combined butchering experience) with outstanding service and customer care and, with our competitive prices and the freshest of produce your are guaranteed to be pleased.
