Wiffens are committed to sourcing the best and freshest produce, flowers and groceries available. Jack and David travel to Sydney Markets every week to personally select and taste the best fruit and vege

tables. Produce is delivered daily from the Markets by refrigerated transport and also directly from local farmers, when quality and availability meets the Wiffens standard.

Some reccos for this week Dave’s local galas & pinks both in season, great citrus including mandarins (Imperials our pick), good value limes & navels or what about a pomelo salad (photo 2) or cumquat dessert or marmalade. In the Department of Veg Good Value cauliflower, broccoli and broccolini, hydro eggplant & lettuce also enjoying Pumpkins Organic & regular. Plus lots of great flowers in season poppies & great natives.

Some picks this week at Wiffens new in store Direct from local grower Andrew Snowy Marine greens great in a salad or sautéed in butter give them a try, Ingelelara Dutch creams eating so well (responsible for the crispiest roast potatoes ever on our plate this week) & lots of great citrus including Imperial mandarins such a classic lunchbox staple.
