The first lychees of the season are almost here, and word is we're in for a bumper crop!
Joel's already been taste-testing, and they're looking promising. Another week or two and they should be ready to hit the warehouse.

It's getting a little Greek down Tomato Lane! 🍅
Summer's not quite here, but the tomatoes are already giving us something to talk about.
From beautiful truss and round tomatoes to heirlooms and the colourful Monterosa range, there's no shortage of choice.
And if Joel's reaction when he cuts them open is anything to go by, they're eating pretty well too.

Prices are up, everyone's asking questions, and Joel's been copping an earful!

Bananas have been a little harder to get your hands on lately, and prices have gone up.
Cooler weather up north has slowed things down for growers, putting pressure on supply.
The good news? Quality is still beautiful. Clean fruit that will ripen to a lovely golden yellow.
So bear with us on pricing and supply for the next little while.

After a pretty tough couple of months with supply, beautiful Queensland fruit is starting to come through.
Great colour, great eating and with the warmer weather around the corner, it’s time to start putting watermelon back on the menu.

Hydroponic lettuces are looking beautiful right now. 🥬
Green coral, red and green oak, butter lettuce, baby cos and the beautiful Castelfranco radicchio.
Fresh, crisp, full of colour and with the root system still attached to help keep them that way.

Peak asparagus season is here. 🌱
Prices are right, quality is unreal and there’s plenty to choose from.
Medium, jumbo or beautiful white asparagus.
Joel reckons the jumbo is the pick, and forget the old story about thicker asparagus tasting
woody, they are super tender.
