THE CHALLENGE:
🍗 Big Chicken Parmigiana
🍟 Shoestring Fries

Kapirisland has kicked off a new monthly challenge series, with Johnny announcing a different challenge each month. For October, it’s all about speed and their famous Chicken Parmigiana and chips, served up in a pizza box.

The rules are simple. Order the challenge, let the staff know you’re taking part and they’ll start the timer. Once you’ve swallowed the last bite and your mouth is empty, the timer stops.

RESULTS:
I helped launch the first challenge alongside my good mate Frank Tank, smashing through the Chicken Parmigiana and chips in an exact time of 04:25 😳

BUT… before anyone thinks I’ve just set the benchmark, there’s a catch 🤷🏻‍♂️ As a professional eater, my time doesn’t count towards the competition. Johnny made that pretty clear from the start: “This challenge is for regular civilians.” 😂

So, for everyone else, Frank’s 09:13 is currently the time to beat! 👊🏼 Think you’ve got what it takes? Head down to Kapirisland Salisbury or Glynde and give the October challenge a crack for your chance to score $200 cash!
