We just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone for the incredible support and to all the coffee lovers who have visited us over the past few weeks. ❤️☕️ Today included! 😉

We’ve been working in hospitality and making coffee in Adelaide for 20 years, and we’ve worked in some of the busiest places around the city… but we have NEVER seen a small business grow as quickly as our little Baretto has.

When we opened over three years ago, we would have been happy to achieve even half of what we have today. 60kg of coffee beans every 6 days in a tiny suburban place like Baretto is pretty crazy, even for us! ☕️😅

A very special thank you to Gianni Cirelli. We’re incredibly proud to serve his coffee and bring a little piece of Cirelli to Rostrevor every day. ❤️🇮🇹

And a huge thank you to our dear friend Guido, who helps us every Friday and Saturday, our two busiest days. Guido was Enrico’s barista teacher when he arrived in Australia 20 years ago, teaching him not only coffee, but also about life in this country and its amazing coffee culture.

They worked together at the busiest Adelaide’s Cibo Cafes, from The Parade in Norwood to Enrico and Ori’s Cibo in Hutt Street. Having Guido beside us again today is very special. One of Adelaide’s most iconic baristas! ❤️☕️

We also want to apologise for the long waits, especially on Saturdays. Our Baretto really is little 😅 and sometimes we simply can’t be fast enough. We’re working on it, we promise!

For now… we’re exhausted! 😂 Time for a well-earned rest before seeing you again Monday at 6:30am.

We’ve just finished THE BIGGEST WEEK WE’VE EVER HAD SINCE OPENING BARETTO. 🏆❤️
