TRADER SPOTLIGHT | FRANCO ESPOSITO 🌿

Some traders join a market. Others become part of its story.

Franco Esposito of Kamberg Gem Charcuterie has been with Earth Route Market from the very beginning, sharing his passion for authentic Italian-style charcuterie with our community.

Originally a photographer, Franco followed his love for food and travelled to Italy to learn traditional curing methods. He returned to the Kamberg and began crafting artisanal charcuterie using carefully raised local pigs and time-honoured techniques.

Today, his range includes prosciutto, pancetta, coppa, salami and more, all made with patience, skill and respect for tradition.

Franco’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship has made him a favourite among market visitors and food lovers throughout the Midlands.
