Recently Steve and Adam had the opportunity to speak at the Iowa Specialty Crop Growers Association annual conference. They enjoyed presenting about our business and discussing growing potatoes and onions, as well as networking with other specialty crop growers from around the state. Thank you Iowa Specialty Crop Growers for the opportunity!

In December, Steve and Beth traveled to Hawaii for the National Onion Association Winter Meeting. We enjoyed our networking time with fellow onion producers and researchers from around the globe. We took in a tour of Aloun Farms, a produce operation on Kauai that provides fresh produce to local restaurants, Kauai Shrimp tour and Kauai Coffee tastings and tour. We came back refreshed, warm and ready to tackle our next season with enthusiasm. Wherever we go, we find onions and potatoes!
