This struck home. I have grown up in those 4 grocery store aisles and have seen how hard my parents have worked (and continue to work) day-in and day-out. In a perfect world, everyone would shop in town and every small town business would be THRIVING. It matters. Every. Single. Time.

Next time you need something, think about where your money is going.
The small businesses in our towns are the ones donating to your kids’ sports teams, helping with school fundraisers, buying raffle items, and supporting community events. They’re the ones who step up when the local school, church, or family needs help.
Big corporations don’t sponsor your child’s team. They don’t donate to the class trip. They don’t know your family.
Small businesses do.
When you shop local, you’re not just making a purchase — you’re helping support the same people who support your kids and your community.
If you can, choose small businesses when it matters. Our communities depend on them.
