We sampled garlic scape dip last week with cucumber slices from 9N Farm. It made us so happy to hear that customers were buying scapes so they could make it at home. Look for scapes tomorrow at Ballyhupahaun Orchard and Farm, 9N Farm, and Harriet Gardens. Here’s the recipe as well as a photo of what the scape looks like on the garlic plant before it is harvested. 🧡
