โœจ Meet Slip Into Clay โœจ
Hi, I'm Holly โ€” the maker behind the pottery ๐ŸŒธ

๐ŸŽจ What I do:
I create hand-built pottery and slip-cast pieces using low-fire clay. I also make hand-built flowers, and every piece is hand painted by hand.

๐Ÿ›  How I do it:
I work out of my garage and she shed, where all of my pottery and creations come to life.

โค๏ธ Why I do it:
I simply love it. I've always enjoyed being creative, and working with clay gives me a way to bring those ideas to life.

โณ How long:
I've been running my business for about 10 years, but I've been working with pottery for over 15 years.

Thank you for supporting local artists and small businesses ๐Ÿค

Crazy busy last week. Welcoming the slower week but still got some things going down.
The Reserves in Mandeville potential popup on Thursday. Check the menu and get those orders in. Minimum pre orders needed to come out. Due by Tuesday night, 48 hours before event. Usually wait til Wednesday morning to make final decision for last minute orders.
I hope yall understand why we do it that way. We spend around $500 in product/meat before we pop up at Abita Springs each Sunday. Now ive been doing that market for 8 years now and have a general idea how it will go each weekend. That being said, i cant take that hit going to a neighborhood and no one showing up. Anywho, Thursday we also have a cater gig out of Hammond.
Sunday back at the market 10-2.

We are also planning on bringing lil buddha snoballs out Sunday for the market. Some much needed refreshment in these recent summer heat days. Yall come show him some love. Should be setup with Momma Buddha right next to us.

Dat Coffee Cab was built on a simple idea:

Great coffee.
Good people.
A little New York.
A little Louisiana.

And somehow that turned into all of this.

Weโ€™re grateful for every order, every share, and every person who stops by our booth.

See you tomorrow.

Thereโ€™s just something about those bright yellow Badeaux Bakes bags that makes me smile. ๐Ÿ’›

One of my favorite parts of market days is looking up and spotting someone walking around with one in hand. Whether itโ€™s filled with macarons, cookies, or sweet treats for later, itโ€™s such a special reminder that something I made is going home with someone.

Every yellow bag represents a customer who stopped by, supported my small business, and chose to bring a little sweetness into their day. Seeing them all around the farmers market truly warms my heart and never gets old.

Thank you for carrying my little yellow bags around the market and supporting Badeaux Bakes. It means more than you know. ๐Ÿ’›โœจ

โœจ Meet Streats of Italy โœจ
Hi, we're Cara and Carmelo โ€” the husband-and-wife team behind the Italian flavors ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

๐Ÿ What we do:
We bring authentic Italian flavors to local markets, festivals, and events using high-quality ingredients imported from Italy. You can usually find us serving up your favorites from our baby blue tent.

โ˜• How we do it:
Lots of coffee, espresso, and a little lack of sleep! We both work full-time jobs, so after hours we're cooking, prepping, shopping, planning events, and building StrEATS of Italy together.

โค๏ธ Why we do it:
Our goal is to bring an authentic Italian market to our community while sharing family recipes that have been passed down through generations. Carmelo has always loved cooking, and after years of hearing "you could sell this," we finally decided to share it with everyone.

โณ How long:
StrEATS of Italy officially opened in April 2026, and we're just getting started.

Thank you for supporting local food and small businesses ๐Ÿค

โœจ Meet Boudin by Jamison & Specialties LLC โœจ
Hi, Iโ€™m Jamison โ€” the maker behind the boudin ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

๐Ÿฅ„ What I do:
I make award-winning boudin, Cajun specialties, and Creole favorites.

๐Ÿ”ฅ How I do it:
Thatโ€™s my secret ๐Ÿ˜

โค๏ธ Why I do it:
Iโ€™ve always loved to cook, and boudin was something that kept calling to me. I spent years focused on perfecting it, and once I finally got the recipe where I wanted it, people loved it.

โณ How long:
Iโ€™ve been doing this since 2014, and the rest is history.

Thank you for supporting local food and small businesses ๐Ÿค
