Two Roots Egg Farm is a story of heritage, heart, and homegrown goodness. Andrea and Jason met on the Lakefront in Mandeville nearly two years ago, and their instant connection blossomed into a beautiful journey—one rooted deeply in tradition and love.

Andrea, a spirited soul from Peru, carries with her a lifetime of experience caring for animals—from chickens and rabbits to monkeys and parrots. Her knowledge and warmth bring an authentic touch of Andean farm life to our coop. Jason, proud of his Irish ancestry, is equally grounded in heritage and craft. With talents ranging from woodworking to scuba diving, he blends old-world grit with coastal charm. Together, they share a love for unwinding at the beach, sipping their favorite drinks as waves whisper at their feet.

Our name reflects the blend of two rich cultures—Peruvian and Irish—coming together to nourish something greater. “Two Roots” isn’t just a farm; it’s a fusion of passion, legacy, and love for clean, sustainable living.
