ONLINE SHOPPING ASSISTANT

Oamaru New World is proud to serve a large part of the North Otago region, delivering to communities as far south as Palmerston up to the Waitaki Bridge. We're passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers - both in-store and online.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Online team.

About the Role:
▪️supporting the Online team in picking and preparing customer orders
▪️Delivering orders using our delivery truck
▪️Communicating with customers and in-store departments
▪️Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in orders
▪️Full- time position - days and hours to be discussed at interview

We are looking for someone who:
▪️Holds a full New Zealand driver's licence
▪️Confidence in computer systems
▪️Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills
▪️Can work both independently and collaboratively
▪️Has a positive can-do attitude and takes pride in delivering great service
▪️is physically fit
