Attilus is dedicated to producing the world's finest caviar in a sustainable and ecologically friendly manner

We are passionate about producing only the highest quality Russian & Siberian caviar. Our Royal Oscietra and Royal Siberian Caviar products are some of the finest available in London and the whole of the UK. Attilus - which means "great sturgeon" in Latin - is dedicated to raising the world's finest sturgeon in a sustainable and ecologically-friendly manner. Attilus is the name that gourmet chefs and connoisseurs associate with exquisite caviar and the finest cuts of sturgeon. Our philosophy is simple: just as the quality of champagne begins in the vines, so the health and well-being of our fish determines the quality of our caviar.

A day late, but creativity doesn’t follow a calendar.

We usually show you caviar beautifully plated and ready to enjoy. This time, we wanted to take you behind the scenes and show you a little more of where it comes from.

Our farm in Jessen, Saxony-Anhalt, is where a large part of the Attilus story begins. We have been raising Siberian and Russian sturgeon here since 2008, using water drawn from more than 50 metres underground.

From caring for the sturgeon to the careful processing of the caviar, every stage requires time, precision and experience.

Happy World Egg Day 🥚

Eggs and caviar have been finishing each other’s sentences for years, so today they get the spotlight. A soft, creamy egg bite with a generous spoonful of Royal Siberian on top. Simple and very hard to stop at one.

You may have spotted someone else on the board 👀 Let’s just say crab is joining us for the festive season.
