Hello I'm Trisha Mother of 2 beautiful kids😇😇I'm from Northeast India my state is called Tripura ♥ but grew up in Kolkata and Married to a Punjabi🥰So my cooking is full of flavours and taste come from rich cultures💝Northeast Indians food habits are more like Southeast Asian style So my food is mixed of Bengali ,Punjabi and Chakma(The Tribe I belong) .I started cooking when I was 7 or 8 yes as I come from a small village so that's normal in late 80s 🥰it's been more than 3 decades I'm cooking and I do gets alot of complements 🥰😇🙏with my cooking.Its been a while thinking to start something but didn't gather courage to begin!!last week at Telferscot Primary done a small stall with my friends and I loved it😍So here I'm pening down few words don't know how it's gona work will I get customers?but going with my heart💝and taking baby steps I need lots of courage and positivity🥰So I can build my love for cooking and feeding people 💖 when comes to cooking I know I'm good at it and pro with it😍🙏My speciality is I make my own Masalas(Spices) at home and I decided to use Halal meat as my bestie is Muslim ☪️ 💖 So I can reach to everyone and Special Veg options for all as my Husband is Vegetarian 🥬🥦🫑🥒.
