Our Spring Festival has been rescheduled to Saturday the 14th of November.

The GreenLight entity has had a lot of criticism lately due to cancellations. As one of the volunteers who holds the media side of things, I get it, I read all the disappointment and frustration expressed. And I understand it. Especially when this impacts not only the GreenLight but the stall holders who put the time, energy, and effort into preparing for a big day, only for it to be cancelled. It would bring a lot of animosity to said market. I truly get how frustrating it is, and I'm going to be honest and say I don't know how to make it up to everyone impacted. All I know is that the GreenLight holds a lot of positive energy within its space, and when people gather, it amplifies, it becomes the most spectacular, love filled day, with stallholders, vendors, artists, creators, musicians and community all working together to support each other. Whether that is someone buying products, chatting with a friend, supporting musicians, and their music, or finding a new love for a vendors food. The GreenLight Market has thrived to be a little space of peace and support in a world full of chaos, and I don't want to let go of that.
So, to end my raw but very real expression and thoughts, please join us for our Spring Equinox Festival on Saturday the 14th of November.

The GreenLight Market is putting on our market day this Saturday.
STALLHOLDERS* This is an open market. there is no need to apply. Just show up, and $20 per stall space. (Please have adequate insurance for your business) ✨️💯

COMMUNITY* We welcome you with beautiful music, connection, and community. This is a reminder that the folk festival will be on in willunga on Saturday as well.
We are keeping an eye on the weather, as it is saying a little drizzle and will be 13/15 degrees. If this gets worse and changes before Friday afternoon, we will make the call to cancel and notify everyone on our page and story. 💫💧

To all our wonderful community,

The GreenLight team would like to put out a deep apology to all of you, especially the people who did not get the notice of cancellation in time.
We take full accountability for the confusion and short notice on cancellation.
There had been a miscommunication between volunteers, and that coursed some confusion with posts being put out without adequate information. We as the GreenLight team are taking the time to find better ways to reach our community quickly and effectively so this doesn't happen again.
We have had a few ideas we would like to share and have your input in.

1) We make a Facebook messenger group for community to get first hand updates in from us, personally.

2) We make a WHATS APP group for people to message us and for us to keep everyone updated.

3) If you would like to be kept in close loop like stall holders, we add you to our email list.

Please, as we want to learn from our mistakes and mishaps, we would love for your input and help better accommodating the community.

The GreenLight Market is putting out a warning that tomorrow may be a little cold and wet. To our wonderful community, please bring rain jackets and umbrellas.

To our stall holder and vendors, please make sure you bring everything you need to keep yourselves, your stall, and your products comfortable and secure in the weather.

In particular, please bring adequate weights for your marquees and any other equipment you need to safely secure your setup against the wind.

And most importantly, come prepared for a bit of weather!

We know it might not be the perfect sunny spring day we had imagined, but we’re choosing to see the fun in it. There’s something pretty special about a community coming together, putting on their raincoats, dancing in the rain, and making the most of whatever the day throws at us.

Everytime you take a step towards doing something, finishing a project, starting a new one, cooking, gardening, getting ready for the day. Once you start to prepare for something, you're moving through the manifestation of it also.
This is your reminder to be present in yourself, and your day to day life, ground and breathe.
