What are we drinking this long weekend? Ryan has a few ideas.

Who doesn’t love bubbles? We’re kicking things off with North by Étienne Mangier, or if you’re after something a little more traditional, Ch*****ne from Étienne Calsac.

Finally, a bit of a curveball, but definitely one worth trying. A sparkling Albariño from Alimentaria.

Not sure which bottle to take home? Pop into Maker & Monger and have a chat with Ryan.

Dolce Ricotta Lemon by Luigi Guffanti Formaggi.

A traditional Italian baked ricotta made with rich whey and cream, finished with a bright hit of lemon.

Think Italian cheesecake, with a velvety, softly sliceable texture, delicate sweetness and a fresh citrus finish.

Serve with Market Lane coffee, a little honey, or simply on it’s own.

Find it at the Maker & Monger cheese counter.

Back from France and full of inspiration, Celia is highlighting one of her favourites: Saint-Nectaire.

This French cheese staple is great on a cheese board, melted in a toastie, or baked into a cozy Truffade alongside mushrooms, cream, garlic, and fresh parsley.
Pop into Maker & Monger to pick up some Saint-Nectaire this weekend.
