Well, Palm Beach… what a Saturday that was!

Yesterday was certainly not the Saturday we had planned.

Our much-loved FREE Saturday Sausage Sizzle was stopped by Council, and to say we were devastated would be an understatement.

What started as a simple idea to bring people together over a sausage has grown into something pretty special. It’s become a Saturday morning tradition, a place for a chat, a laugh, a little community spirit and an opportunity to give back to some wonderful local causes.

It’s never been just about the sausages. It’s about the people. ❤️

And yesterday reminded us just how much this little tradition means to our community.

The messages, phone calls, comments and overwhelming support have meant more to us than you could possibly imagine.

We aren’t ready to give up on something that brings so much happiness to so many people.

MSS went wandering through the paddocks of New Zealand, decided the ordinary lamb sausage was just a bit BORING, and did what any completely rational Mad Sausage Scientist would do…

He reinvented it. 🧪💡
