6:30 – 8.:30pm 🙌🏾✨

We start the evening with a deliciously potent Cacao Ceremony, setting our intentions, connecting our hearts and minds and anchoring into our sacred bodies.

We then guide you through a Transformational Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey, finishing the evening with a nourishing and grounding roast veggie Dahl, sharing and integrating together at the end.

New Earth Breathwork is a self healing modality assisting one to connect to their natural essence, free of limitations of the subconscious mind, activating the body’s natural capacity to heal and restore using the power of the breath.

Healing 💗
- Suppressed/repressed emotions as the end product of traumatic experiences from past life, generational, prenatal, infancy, childhood, social, cultural and adult trauma, all possibly resulting in dis-eases such as stress, anxiety, depression just to name a few
- The body’s ability to regulate blood flow, respiratory flow and energy flow
- Restore optimal/functional breathing

The process itself combines deeper than normal guided breathing into the heart with evocative music in a nurturing set and setting. Each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

This breath de-activates the thinking pre frontal cortex area of the brain, allowing the natural inner healing process of the individual to function freely, and for the toxic energy accumulated in the body and psyche to be released, bringing to one a unique set of internal experiences.

To change your present experience, you must decondition the emotions that influence your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. As we reclaim our inner landscape our outer world transforms 🙏

Warrior Porridge ✨

From the New Earth Metta Wellness Journal

Ingredients

* 400g quinoa, soaked for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight
* 1 cup raisins or sultanas
* 5cm fresh ginger, grated
* 5cm fresh turmeric, grated
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* ½ tsp nutmeg
* ½ tsp cardamom powder
* ½ cup chai spice powder or coconut sugar
* 4 tablespoons medicinal mushroom powder (Tremella, Reishi, Lion’s Mane, or a blend)
* 600ml water
* 400ml coconut cream

Method

1. Soak the quinoa for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Drain and rinse well.
2. Add the quinoa, raisins, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, chai spice powder (or coconut sugar), medicinal mushrooms, and water to a large pot.
3. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Stir through the coconut cream and continue cooking for a further 20 minutes until thick and creamy.
5. Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

To Serve

✨Coconut yoghurt
✨Fresh banana
✨Seasonal berries
✨Extra chai spice sprinkled on top

Makes approximately 6–8 serves.

How we cultivate a deep & meaningful relationship 🥰

Even if you think your partner knows it, say I love you often. Show your partner that they matter using please & thank you often.
🌹Grateful for today we will have more to be grateful for tomorrow.

Your partner is your greatest teacher, Be still and listen, be patient and choose to learn from each other.
🌹Listen with love in your heart & the intention to grow in your relationship.

No one should want to win an argument, release the need to be right. We all have different wounds and stories.
🌹Communicate, repair, connect then move forwards in the same direction.

Have time apart, share moments with friends alone, keep your own hobbies alive but also create special moments together.
🌹Find things that you both love doing and do them often.

Never go to bed angry, express yourself clearly and share what’s on your heart often.
Respect each other and each other’s feelings and boundaries.
🌹Don’t bring up the past sort it out and move on.

Hold hands daily, kiss often , 5 hugs a day, dance & be silly together.
Laughter is medicine.
🌹Know your partners love language and love them how they like to be loved.

Learn to apologies, say sorry and don’t add a but to the end of the sentence.
🌹Own it and move on, practise conscious communication - we love Byron Katie’s - The Work.

Treat each other with love, kindness, compassion and respect.
Treat your partners heart like a precious flower.
🌹Words can cut deep, never use vulnerabilities or insecurities against each other.
