Join the teams behind The Larder, where great coffee, strong teams, and good energy come together.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Barista with natural leadership skills, someone who can step up, take charge, and seamlessly move between roles when needed.

This isn’t your typical café role. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, leading the floor, supporting the team, and jumping in wherever needed (yes, even the dishwasher when it gets real).

✨ What you’ll bring:
• Strong barista experience
• Confident leadership & team mindset
• Flexibility and a hands-on attitude
• A passion for delivering standout customer experiences
