Gerns Ham & Smallgoods factory has been supplying Brisbane and Queensland with high quality hams, meat and smallgoods for over 120 years, and is Australia’s only producer of gluten free hams and smallgoods. In addition to which we only use Australian meat of the highest grade and quality. We sell wholesale & also serve directly to the public at our on-site butcher shop at 39 Buhot Street, Geebung.

Update:

Hi everyone and thank you for you patience.

We will be opening the store on Monday the 24th of November.

Our hours will be 7am - 2pm

Not open on the weekend at this stage, but will be open Saturday and Sunday for the last 2 weekends before Christmas.

As always orders for small quantities aren't required as we always have more than enough hams for everyone.
