🧈 Butter — the golden fat.

Simple, rich and naturally delicious, real butter brings more to the table than flavour alone. It provides fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A and vitamin E, with smaller amounts of vitamins D and K, plus trace minerals including calcium, phosphorus and selenium.

Vitamin A helps support normal vision and immune function, while vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that helps protect your cells. And because these vitamins are fat-soluble, dietary fat helps your body absorb them.

Of course, butter is still a concentrated source of fat, so it’s best enjoyed as part of a balanced diet — but there’s something special about choosing a simple, traditional ingredient you know and love. 💛

Spread it on warm bread, melt it over vegetables, bake with it or finish your favourite dish with that unmistakable buttery richness.

Huizens Fabriek Farm Butter — golden, creamy and made for real food.
