This is a mild sausage with a sage flavor.
We offer this versatile sausage is a variety of ways: Ground Sausage in 1 # bags, Little Links, 2 oz Patties, and Smoked 2 oz Patties.

While the 2 oz patties work perfectly for a breakfast sandwich, the ground is amazing in quiche, omelets, and breakfast casseroles! The Smoked Patties are fully cooked, making breakfast a breeze!

We love creating fun and unique flavors, and this brat is one of our more adventurous ones! Filled with Mild green chilies, apples, caramelized onions, and activated charcoal, these uniquely weird looking brats, really are delicious! So delicious that while initially introduced as a Seasonal Brat, by popular demand, has more of a "regular" spot now.
