Garlic Confit is in the works... used our Barena EVOO & Arbequina EVOO to submerge and slowly cook until sweet & tender for about 2-3 hours @225° F ❤️ Will add fresh rosemary, oregano and thyme for the last hour of oven time.
Garlic Confit is fantastic spread on toast, smashed potatoes, salad dressings, pasta sauces, roasted vegetables and so much more!
Lasts in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in an air tight container (like a mason jar) or in the freezer up to 3 months- freeze in ice trays for small servings.
Will have a few 8 Oz containers available for sale by this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
