A classic match: Honey + Balsamic.

Try this if you haven't: 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup balsamic, small saucepan, medium-high heat. Bring it to a boil then drop it to a simmer for about 15 minutes. It'll thicken up. Let it cool and drizzle it over whatever sounds good — roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, a cheese board, bread.

The reason it works so well with our balsamics specifically is the age. Grocery store balsamic is fine but it's not the same thing. The flavor is deeper, a little sweeter on its own, and that comes through in something this simple.
