This week as part of our Cultivating Clark County farmers spotlight series (funded by a USDA Farmers Market Promotion Program grant and created in partnership with Riparian Media) we're featuring Windy River Livestock, a proud multi-generational family farm in Washougal, WA. Since 2012, Will and Jocelyn Stauffer, along with their daughter, have raised no corn or soy fed animals in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, including grass-fed beef, small group raised pork, grass-fed lamb, and eggs from pasture raised hens.
You can shop their products by the individual cut and they also offer larger shares of beef and pork year-round (details on their website). Find them at the Vancouver Farmers Market all year long and the East Vancouver Farmers Market in summer.
