We have decided to make Cheesecakes for y'all this feasting season! We'll be taking orders at market this weekend and next for pick up at market (or at the creamery if you'd rather) the two weekends before Thanksgiving. Mini ones are 4 inches diameter, and we will also be making full sized (10 inch). We'll have two or three varieties to choose from (and samples to help you make your choices) Mini ones will be $12 each, full sized ones $45.
We will also have our Cheeseballs - and are asking you order ahead for these as well. These are a half pound portion of our chevre - Nutty Pumpkin rolled in praline pecans, Olive Rosemary rolled in ground rosemary and Basil rolled in dried basil flakes.
You can place your orders at market this weekend or call the creamery during the week. You can find us Saturday at the Clarke County Farmers' Market, and the Leesburg Farmers Market, and Sunday at Freshfarm Dupont Circle and at the Shepherdstown Farmers Market
