Our phone lines remain out of service after a contractor working in town completely severed the underground phone lines to our building. Despite repeated attempts to expedite repairs, the phone company has advised that, due to the extent and type of damage, restoration may take an additional 2–5 days.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please know we are actively pushing for the fastest possible resolution.

Please Note: This is the same contractor responsible for damaging the City of Shepherd’s main water line just a few weeks ago.
