We have sold the store. The new owners are rebuilding and will be open soon! I thank and miss you all!

Thank you to our friends, family and community for your prayers and concern. We will be back! Just give us a little time. Thank you so much to David Hill and his wonderful family for helping us with clean up and feeding everyone! There was quite a few of our friends, neighbors and customers that helped us before the flood and after as well!

I have been leaving my door open to the laundromat for the community. I will be locking the door at the same time we close the store. Last night someone busted my towel dispenser, pulled the trash bag out of the can and urinated all over the bathroom.

To all of our wonderful customers! A number of you have expressed so much concern for us and we appreciate all of you. WE ARE NOT CLOSING! Gokey's Store will continue to be here for the people of our community in Goodrich. We welcome the Dollar General store to our community. It is going to provide more tax dollars for Goodrich and provide a service to our people.
