The Downtown Sharon Farmers Market runs 8 AM-Noon both Saturdays, & Wednesdays, July - October! Special thanks to our sponsor Mercer County Community FCU

The Downtown Sharon Farmers Market kicks off 8-1 PM Saturdays July 6 and 3 - 6 PM Wednesdays July through the end of October at their NEW LOCATION beside Quaker Steak & Lube, 101 Chestnut Ave., Sharon under the new pavilion near the Sharon Roundabout. Besides our farming community, we'll also have live music on Saturdays, kids activities, pop-up artisans and the occasional food truck - c'mon out and support our farmers and enjoy a little break in your busy week!

As we end the season - we'd like to share the really great stats from the 2026 market season!

✅31 Nonprofits set up during the seaon
✅730 kids received a Farmer Dollar to spend at the market
✅82 different artisan & food vendors set up at the market this season!
✅More than a TON of produce & bakery goods were donated by the market to the Mercer County Food Bank! 2050 lbs. to be exact!
✅We can also add that the Community Library Book Cart received close to $1000 in donations!

We're very proud of these statistics - and these great numbers are because of all of our customers who attended the market this season! Wishing you all a wonderful upcoming holiday season - we look forward to seeing you in 2027!!

Finally our friend Sue Herald who comes to the market almost every Saturday. She also tends to meet up with a friend or two and they do a 'book club' together on one of our picnic benches! Tomorrow we'll be posting our final stats about the market's impact on the community! Thank you again for a WONDERFUL market season!

As the market season ends - we have a couple more friends who shared why they love the market - this one by Chris Ziegler and his son - plus shout out to Amanda and Chris Ziegler and fam - who were out at the market at least 3/4th of all the Saturdays! We appreciate your support of the Downtown Sharon Farmers Market!

Lots of family fun today at the final day of the Downtown Sharon Farmers Market! Hay rides, trick or treat, kids crafting tables and farmer dollars a plenty! Special thanks to our friends at Ferris Farm for providing the hay rides; to Lots to Love Sharon for the Pumpkin Decoration Station; to Keystone Smiles Americorp and Prince of Peace Center for the trick or treat bag decoration station; for Mercer County Food Bank and Sphynx Art for the coloring page station and all of our vendors who gave out treats to the trick or treaters - more than 100 kids!

At the Downtown Sharon Farmers Market we pride ourselves on the fact that you - our customer - will get to know the families who are growing your food. All the items sold here by our farmers - fresh produce, flowers, grass-fed meat, aquaponic lettuce and so much more - are grown locally. You can literally see the fruits of their (very hard) labor every single time you come out here.
And your purchase impacts these same families that you have come to know throughout the market season - and the money you spend locally with them stays in our community and continues to support all of us.
