Our current location on 619 Cupples Road is an inspected USDA plant where all our product processing is done, it's also home of the original plant. All of our products at Mertz Sausage are made fresh daily using only premium, high quality and natural ingredients. Our products are distributed throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Mertz Sausage also has the ability to produce custom saus

ages. Our production process allows us to create unique flavors to meet the needs of our food service and retail customers with private labels in a cost effective way. Mertz Sausage also provides an array of catering services. Our custom catering menu will fit any budget for any occasion whether your party includes 100-5000 guests. We provide great food and are able to meet all of your needs. For over 90 years, Mertz Sausage has taken great pride in producing the best tasting sausages using only the finest ingredients and providing quality, wholesome products at a low cost through dedication, honesty and integrity.
