🐖 October is National Pork Month! Each year we put together a pork box including our best-selling pork products. A great way to try it all 😊

This fall we added in a little extra 🥓 BACON 🥓 …we wanted to make sure you got plenty of our National Champion Bacon, it was also the winner at the Illinois State Fair this summer and the Illinois Meat Processors Association Product Show this spring. We also added in a roll of our delicious beef/pork summer sausage for all of the holidays coming up!

To order a Pork Box, please call or text 815/990-6040 or sign up in the store. No substitutions. We will have them ready for pickup late October or early November.

We just got in a batch of these yummy flavored popcorns- we all wanted to taste the
🍏 CARAMEL APPLE 🍏 so we opened it up for samples! Many other delicious flavors!

🔥 FRESH BATCH 🐖 PULLED PORK 🔥

Slow-smoked overnight, hand-pulled then perfectly seasoned…it’s ready to make your perfect pulled pork sandwich, nachos, Mac & cheese, whatever you choose! Fully cooked- you just have to warm it up!

🥓 Does it get much better than this? We don’t think so!

We decided to include our homemade bacon in most of our Christmas Gift Boxes this year because we want everyone to try it! Justin has worked so hard on getting it just right and has had the best mentors! And it seems his work has panned out: our bacon has been awarded several awards this past year, including 🏆 GRAND CHAMPION 🏆 at both the Illinois State Fair and the IAMP convention.

We’re upping our ground beef game!

We used to only stock 1 # & 1.5 # tubes- now we added 1/2 # & 2 # tubes, plus our ground beef with liver!

What’s next? Would you all be interested in 1 # vacuum sealed fresh (not frozen) ground beef?
