New Jersey Asparagus Season is Winding Down!

Just a friendly reminder — we only have a couple of weeks left of delicious, in-season New Jersey asparagus! Now is the perfect time to stock up for fresh meals, grilling, roasting, pickling, and even canning before the season comes to an end.

Our cucumbers are grown by Halter’s Farm, and the cabbage is grown right here on our farm by our friends at Spina Farms in Mannington. They are raising high-density cabbage, producing an impressive 17,000 heads per acre.

As you look across the field, you’ll notice a beautiful mix of colors. The green cabbage is ready, while the red and savoy varieties are still growing and waiting to be harvested. Be sure to take in the view—it’s a great reminder of the variety and abundance our local farms provide throughout the season!
