This Memorial Day, we pause to remember.

As we gather with family, fire up the grill, and enjoy the simple blessings of the day, we also hold space for remembrance. Memorial Day is a time to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Here at Palestine Farmers Market, we’re especially grateful for the veterans, active military members, and military families who are part of our market community — both vendors and customers alike. Your service and sacrifice, and the sacrifices of those you carry in your hearts, are not forgotten.

For many of us, this day is personal. It’s a remembrance of family members, friends, and neighbors whose service came at the highest cost.

As you celebrate today, may we all take a quiet moment to reflect with gratitude and honor their memory.
