Let’s talk Pork- There is just as wide a range of pork as there is beef. We carry delicious pork that doesn’t break the bank. High marbling and rich color deliver incredible texture and flavor.
This is one of our favorite cuts, the “double cut rib chop” think of it like a bone in ribeye. Pan sear and serve over creamy polenta with sautéed greens and seared cherry tomatoes!
