We are tentatively looking at our opening to be November 5th. 🤞🏻The old man has been knocking down some hours getting a few things wrapped up as I have been gathering the last bit of equipment.

Got our order of Dexter-Russell, Knives in today from Joe Harding Sales & Service. We will always strive to do business locally as we are a firm believer in Local businesses supporting each other. We are very grateful for those who already support us! See everyone soon!

Painting is done, ceiling tiles ordered, POS systems ordered, looking for 1 more display case to replace the other counter.

We are getting very close and very excited. We will be finalizing all licenses and approvals over the next week. So we are hoping to have an opening day dialed in by then.

We spent the day painting and deciding on a layout for the store. Hopefully tomorrow we will have the layout complete so we can start putting our finishing touches while we wait on the rest of our equipment to arrive.
