It’s Saturday morning, and the market is open until noon!
We’re kicking off the weekend with our next Vendor Highlight, featuring one of our weekly favorites, MOJO BOWL.
Serving all natural bowls, smoothies, frappes and protein bites, MOJO BOWL has been bringing fresh, delicious options to the Valley for 15 years!
Their journey began in 2011 with a yellow food truck at Phoenix Public Market, originally serving all natural shaved ice and chocolate covered frozen bananas.

In 2013, MOJO BOWL introduced açaí bowls to their menu, and they became an instant hit!
At the time, MOJO BOWL was one of the few businesses in the entire Phoenix area offering açaí bowls, and many people had never even tried one.
Today, there are plenty of açaí bowl options around the Valley, but MOJO BOWL continues to receive praise from customers who say their bowls are the best!
In 2014, MOJO BOWL opened its first store inside the Student Union at Grand Canyon University. During their incredible year on campus, they hired 80 student employees and made countless new friends and loyal MOJO fans.
In 2016, MOJO BOWL opened its second store in Lubbock, Texas, across the street from Texas Tech University.
Their time in Texas was short-lived, and they eventually returned to Arizona, reopening their food truck in 2019 with the aqua and magenta colors we recognize today!
Since then, they’ve focused on Saturday mornings at the Eastmark Farmers Market, continuing to win over new MOJO fans along the way.
And there’s more to look forward to, with new menu items launching this fall!
As a former collegiate athlete and four time Ironman triathlete, the founder of MOJO BOWL has always aimed to offer all natural menu items that fuel both body and soul.
They love seeing how much their customers enjoy their menu and are excited about what’s coming next!
While they love serving everyone from their food truck, their goal is to return to a brick and mortar location in the near future and continue growing the business.
