🌱 Healthy Plants. Happy Growers. Another Glowing Inspection! 🌱

We have a little something to celebrate at Healing Earth Farms, and we're pretty proud of it! 💚

Today, we welcomed the Arizona Department of Agriculture for our semiannual greenhouse and farm inspection, and we're thrilled to share that we passed with flying colors once again! 🎉

Just six months ago, our inspectors praised the cleanliness of our greenhouse, the excellent condition of our plants, and the remarkable lack of pest activity.

Today? Another successful inspection, with inspectors once again very pleased with what they saw!

And that's no accident.

Behind every little seedling we send out is a whole lot of care. Our team works hard to maintain a clean, healthy growing environment. We routinely scout our plants for unwanted visitors, and every seedling receives a preventative Neem oil treatment before heading off to its new home.

Because when you order seedlings from Healing Earth Farms, you're trusting us to give your garden the healthiest possible start. We take that responsibility seriously.

🐛 Now, let's talk about those pesky pests!

Here's something every gardener should know: Just because pests appear on a plant weeks or months after you've received it doesn't necessarily mean they arrived with the plant.

Pests are part of gardening, and they can find their way into even the most carefully maintained growing spaces, indoors or outdoors! They can arrive on other plants, through open windows, or simply from the surrounding environment.

That's one reason we stand behind our seedlings with our 7-Day Happiness Guarantee. Many pest problems that originate before shipping become noticeable shortly after arrival, and we encourage our customers to inspect their new seedlings right away and let us know promptly if something isn't right.

Our goal isn't simply to grow seedlings. It's to grow healthy plants, happy gardeners, and lasting relationships built on trust.

So today, we're celebrating another excellent inspection, our hardworking greenhouse team, and the thousands of little plants that leave our farm ready to grow! 🌱

Grown with care. Inspected with pride. Sent with love. 💚

🎃 Ed’s Pick: Racer Pumpkin

October wouldn’t be complete without pumpkins, and this month Ed is spotlighting our Racer Pumpkin seedling! https://truegarden.com/shop/fruiting/pumpkin-racer/

Racer is a classic orange pumpkin variety that produces beautiful, nicely shaped pumpkins perfect for that traditional fall look. But don’t think of pumpkins as just decorations. Grow them, carve them, and eat them!

Pumpkins are a fun addition to the home garden, especially if you have room for their vines to stretch out and grow.

🎃 Health Spotlight: Pumpkins
Eat It, Don't Just Carve It!

When October arrives, pumpkins seem to be everywhere. You can find them on porches, in decorations, and waiting to be carved for Halloween.

But underneath that bright orange exterior is something even better:

Food! And it's pretty nutritious, too.

Pumpkins are naturally low in fat and packed with nutrients, so it's worth putting them on your plate instead of just your porch.
