Meet the Maker
🥯Mico’s Bakehouse Gluten Free Bites🥯

Medina this week’s vendor spotlight is one of the most heartwarming stories at the entire Cornerstone Farmers Market and we cannot wait to share it with you! Meet Mico’s Bakehouse Gluten Free Bites, a little bakehouse with BIG flavor and an even bigger heart! 💚

Fourteen years ago everything changed when the baker behind Mico’s Bakehouse learned that her daughter had a gluten intolerance. Rather than letting that diagnosis take away the joy of delicious food, she made a determination to ensure her daughter could still enjoy every bite! What started as patience, care, and a few simple ingredients in a home kitchen has blossomed into the incredible small batch gluten free sourdough bakery that we are so proud to have at the market today!

Every single item at Mico’s Bakehouse is handcrafted in small batches using simple ingredients, long fermentation, and plenty of care. Whether you or someone you love has a gluten intolerance or you simply love an incredibly crafted artisan loaf, Mico’s Bakehouse is baking for you! Because no one should ever have to miss out on the joy of really good bread!

🎉 Find Mico’s Bakehouse Gluten Free Bites at the Cornerstone Farmers Market this Saturday and taste the love that goes into every single loaf!
