🔥 Easy Smoked Chicken Leg Quarter Recipe 🔥

Ingredients:

* Gerber’s Chicken Leg Quarters
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp brown sugar (optional for a little sweetness)

Directions:

1. Pat chicken leg quarters dry and coat with olive oil.
2. Mix seasonings together and rub generously over the chicken.
3. Smoke at 250°F for about 2.5–3 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
