5 years ago today ...
April 24, 2021...
I, Kristina, became the Store Operations Manager for The Lake Geneva Spice Company. Previous to discovering this position, I was looking for a small local business where I could make a difference in someone else's day, one by one. To enhance humanity and have the opportunity to change each person's day with a little humor and kindness, while believing in the business and wanting it to succeed beyond measure. I am so very grateful that I continue to fulfill this goal. I hope to see all of you for many more years and am so very thankful for all of our customers that I am able to share a smile with everytime they enter our doors!
I love people! Always have!
Kate and Jeff began this business 15 years ago in July and I am honored to be here as the business continues to succeed. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! And I feel so blessed to have such an amazing staff that believes in The Lake Geneva Spice Company as much as I do and are so kind and lovable, as well! I couldn't do it without them. ​

In just the past 3 days, we received
9 online orders totalling 46 pounds of coffee, teas and spices!
We are beyond grateful. 🩷

Steve was a normal part of our daily routines.
He would stop in to see Jeff or just to check in and make sure all of us at The Lake Geneva Spice Company were doing OK.
And would chat & laugh with us all.
He was just talking about his lovely wife and Grandkids to me last week.
Rest in Peace.
You were definitely everyone's friend.
The world will feel weird without you.

It is with a heavy heart that we report the passing of Community Service Officer Steven Richard. CSO Richard served as our lead CSO/Booking Officer and was hired by the department in 2008. CSO Richard was a Marine Corps veteran and retired from the United States Postal Service.

CSO Richard was a steady and strong presence, especially in the business district who always had a smile on his face and a friendly conversation to be had. CSO Richard was a phenomenal co-worker, friend, mentor and father figure to many of us and we will miss him dearly.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his loved ones, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Thank you, Steve, for your years of service and dedication to the City of Lake Geneva. You will be deeply missed.

Jeff and Kate (The owners) were able to donate $2000 from The Lake Geneva Spice Company to The Lakeland Animal Shelter last month thanks to all of your donations and empty cigar box purchases!
Total donations from LGSC since 2018 is $7,320 🙂

Wow. Just wow. Our customers rock!
In less than a week, our online orders included a total of :
36 half pound bags of coffee,
54 one pound bags of coffee,
25 spices,
25 ounces of tea & more!
Not to mention all the smiles we shared with all of our wonderful Winterfest customers this past weekend. This place was packed and we sold out of 20 lbs of the Winter Wonderland coffee that we were sampling. (Back in stock now)
It was our busiest Winterfest yet!!!
Just wanted to send out a heartfelt thank you. It's not said often enough in life.
