Did you get peaches from us yesterday? If you need ideas on what to make with them, one of our market managers made peach salsa and is sharing her recipe!

3-4 peaches
1 jalapeno
1 half large red onion
1 red bell pepper
2-3 garlic cloves or 1-2T jarlic
1-2T hot honey
1t cumin
1t paprika
Salt to taste

Dice or chop all to preferred size or blend. Enjoy!

One of our market managers made homemade pickles with standard pantry ingredients and the cucumbers for sale last market. Bonus, was kind enough to share the recipe! Come by on June 6th to pick some up and give them a try!

Refrigerator Pickles Recipe:
2t jarlic (or fresh minced if you're fancy)
2T dried dill
2-3T sea salt
1t sugar
1T black peppercorns
Sliced cucumbers
Put all in a 1 quart jar and top with a 50/50 mix of water & vinegar.
Store in the fridge. Perfect in 2-3 days
