We'll have a plethora of vendors - old and new! - to fill your market basket with good things and your kitchen with good eats through the summer. Brookside Farmers Market is home to some of the region's best growers using organic and regenerative practices. Get to know your farmer and learn how they are working to improve our collective natural resources.

This Saturday, June 6th, join us from 8am- noon at the Brookside Farmers market. Located at 6425 Wornall Rd. At HJ's community center. The awesome market offers fresh, locally grown organic foods and food products, flowers, baked goods, bread, honey and so much more.

As a special treat the KCMO Police department community resource specialist will join us. Come with your questions and comments.

Get your groceries by bike this Saturday! 🚲🧺

Ride your bike to the market and receive a $5 market token to spend with vendors (just stop by the market manager booth to claim yours). We’ll have fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, local meats, and more waiting for you.

We’re also excited to welcome Midwest Cyclery, who’ll be on-site with cargo bike setups and tips for hauling your market haul home on two wheels. ☀️

This Saturday, May 9th, the Brookside Farmers Market will be from 8-12 at HJ's Community Center at 6425 Wornall Rd. Join us and the What if Puppets! The Puppet show will be at 10 am. It is being sponsored by the HJ's, The Brookside Farmers Market and The Brookside Toy and Science Store! So, grab the kids and spend the morning being entertained and buying fresh, locally grown veggies, flowers (for mom), ferments, bedding plants, honey and so much more!

The amazing Amy Sell, of Amy Lynn Studios, renowned chalk artist, will join us on Saturday, April 25th at the Brookside Farmers Market from 8-12. She will be making a chalkboard for the market. We will also have a kid's activity too! We'll have chalk and some boards that the kiddos can chalk on! Amy is such a fun person, make sure and stop by to see her work! Amy will be selling her prints and cards. She has a darling Father's Day card, too! Market is held at HJ's Community Center at 6425 Wornall Rd from 8-12 on Saturdays. There will be music and food! A lot of the spring veggies are showing up at the market now. Also to be found- pastries, plants, bread, kombucha, honey and so much more! Make this your weekend event!
FYI- Amy will be doing a Chalk Art that we will raffle off at a later date!
