Little Apple Cidery Inc. Little Apple Cidery is part of Little Apple Farm, a certified organic apple orchard that has an open We also serve Beer from the local Roe Jan Brewing Company.

Little Apple Cidery produces three types of cider: 100% organic fresh cider in season, hard cider sparkling and still, and wild hard cider from abandoned orchards near the farm.

Churchtown Dairy now makes two cider-washed cheeses! Introducing Redwood, a version of their raw milk style cheese Wendell, with higher moisture, a smoother more elastic interior, and a fruitier and more buttery flavor and aroma. Like Cider-washed Coperthwaite, Redwood's rind is also washed with Taconic Gold Dry from Little Apple Cidery.

Enjoy Redwood with a glass of cider at Orchard Bar on Saturdays and Sundays 1-6 PM. Also available and Churchtown Dairy Farm Store.
