Our brat making class was such a hit last time, we had to do it again!

Saturday, June 27th at 9AM we’re opening up the meat plant for a hands-on class where you’ll learn, and make, your very own sausage from start to finish.

You’ll season it, stuff it, cook it up to taste test, package it AND leave with 5 pounds of sausage you made yourself.

Need a Father’s Day idea for the men in your life? This is it. Give them an experience (and let’s be honest… a pretty good excuse to brag at the 4th of July cookout when they tell everyone they made the brats on the grill 😂)

Spots are limited to 15 people and they’ll fill up quick!

A really fun one to share. 🤝🏼

Over the last couple years, we’ve been learning, experimenting, and putting a lot of time into our dry fermented salamis… and it’s been pretty cool seeing that hard work pay off.

Our soppressata took first place at the American Cured Meat Championship in 2024, and now our newest flavor, Marco’s Italian Perfezion (inspired by a recipe from our friend Mark Davis), brought home another first place award at Hermann Wurstfest.

Honestly, one of the best parts of the business is getting to collaborate with good people and turn recipes and ideas into something everyone can gather around.

If you need grazing tables, party spreads, or just want to build your own charcuterie lineup at home, we’d love to help. And Mark… this one’s for you. 👏🏼

Memorial Day weekend is HERE and we are fully stocked and ready for your cookouts, lake weekends, family gatherings, and feeding a crowd.

From hot-off-the-smoker ribs and chicken to fresh sides, desserts, steaks, marinated meats, stuffed mushrooms, jalapeño poppers, and MORE… we’ve got just about everything you need for the weekend.

We’ll have the smoker rolling outside today (2pm-5:30pm) and Saturday (noon-3pm) with ribs and smoked chicken available until sold out. (No smoker Friday, we’ll be catering down in the Ozarks.)

Heads up: We’ll be closing early at 3PM on Saturday and will be CLOSED Sunday & Monday for Memorial Day.

If you’ve been to Kurzweil’s, there’s a very good chance Jessi had something to do with making your experience great.

Restaurant chaos, catering events, schedules, problem solving… she somehow keeps all the plates spinning around here (literally and figuratively). We’d be in trouble without her. ❤️
